Rachel Freedberg has 25 years of experience in the areas of strategic coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational development and human resources practice. Serving as HR leadership for Fortune 50 corporations and mid-size businesses, Rachel has developed deep expertise working within the HR function and across organizational functions including investment services, sales, marketing and legal. Rachel leverages her extensive experience to effectively and efficiently utilize strategic HR initiatives to identify, grow and develop key talent.
