Rachel Freedberg has 25 years of experience* in the areas of strategic coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational development and human resources practice. Serving as HR leadership for Fortune 50 corporations and mid-size businesses, Rachel has developed deep expertise working within the HR function and across organizational functions including investment services, sales, marketing and legal. Rachel leverages her extensive experience to effectively and efficiently utilize strategic HR initiatives to identify, grow and develop key talent.

As a coach Ms. Freedberg’s focus with clients is highly individualized, strategic and collaborative. Rachel’s expansive knowledge of various assessment methodologies coupled with her extensive HR experience give her a unique ability to evaluate and quickly determine areas of focus and develop a targeted and effective approach.
