Ethan G. Isaac focuses his practice on management defense in employment and labor law litigation. Mr. Isaac has experience defending employers in general commercial litigation and employment discrimination actions, including those brought under New Jersey’s LAD, CEPA, and FLA, as well as federal claims under the FMLA, ADA, and Title VII. Additionally, Mr. Isaac has experience defending claims under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws. Ethan also counsels management on employment issues, drafting such documents as handbooks, polices, and separation agreements.
