Claudia Lechtman has over 30 years of experience across all aspects of marketing including business development, digital and direct marketing, branding and positioning, and public relations in variety of industries from consumer products and entertainment to B2B services. Claudia joined Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C. in 2010 and has been an integral part of the Firm’s management team successfully driving the firm’s continued growth and client services while providing relevant and meaningful marketing and communications strategies. In addition to positioning NFC’s brand to align with the Firm’s core values, Claudia has implemented new marketing technologies including a redesigned website and web analytics, CRM system and improved client communications to better service and reach clients.
Before joining NFC, Claudia provided marketing expertise to such companies as Columbia House/BMG, Disney, GoodTimes Entertainment, audiobookclub.com, and Continuiti Interim HR Professionals. Prior to consulting, Claudia spent six years at Columbia House/BMG and left in 1998 as Director of Marketing for their Video Clubs. While at Columbia House, Claudia was instrumental in initiating, developing, and branding Columbia House’s e-commerce strategy. Claudia also held responsibility for four multi-million dollar negative option businesses, was a key player on the company’s new business development team, and launched many new brands including their highly successful DVD Club. Claudia began her career in direct marketing in 1989 for Newbridge Communications, Inc., previously owned by Macmillan Publishing, in the Educational Continuities division.
