Marcheta R. Ball, the Firm’s Director of Litigation Support Services, is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of law firm experience.  In her role, Marcheta is responsible for managing firm-wide litigation and legal support services in an effort to introduce, streamline and effectuate new ways to enhance NFC’s delivery of exceptional client service, particularly through the use of technology.

Overseeing a client service team of ten paralegals/admins, Marcheta has broad project-based expertise and extensive experience managing all support aspects for trials, arbitrations, hearings, depositions and mediations, in addition to witness and exhibit preparation, experts and third party vendor arrangements.  As the Firm’s Diversity Committee Co-Chair and a member of the leadership team, Marcheta also contributes to the management of NFC’s core values, the fundamental guiding principles that expressly define, shape and drive strategic goals and initiatives.
