HELPFUL COVID-19 GUIDANCE BELOW

We are receiving many inquiries from employers as to what benefits may apply to employees in various COVID-19 situations. We thought this guide tweeted by Governor Murphy would be very helpful to you. Please know that the federal legislation, which could impact some of the scenarios below, has been significantly revised by the House and is pending Senate approval.
