Rachel has over fifteen years of internal and consulting experience in the areas of human resource management, leadership development programs, career development, strategic coaching, talent management, and organizational development. Ms. Freedberg has had the benefit of working within the HR function as well as line-of-business functions such as investment services, sales and marketing. During her many years on the client side, Rachel gained significant experience in the strategic use of HR initiatives to identify, grow and develop key talent. As a consultant, Ms. Freedberg’s focus with clients is individualized, strategic and collaborative.
