Katherin Nukk-Freeman devotes a majority of her practice to the counseling of clients on diverse employment issues including those pertaining to family and medical leaves, wage and hour requirements, COBRA compliance, discrimination laws, hiring and termination decisions, drug testing, and state and federal disability laws. Ms. Nukk-Freeman also trains employees of all levels including non-supervisory employees, supervisory employees, human resources professionals and upper management with respect to all of the above areas. She also works with clients to develop and draft employment procedures, contracts and handbooks which fit their business needs. Ms. Nukk-Freeman utilizes her years of employment litigation experience to help her clients avoid litigation through effective and sound proactive business practices. Ms. Nukk-Freeman also has extensive experience representing management clients exclusively in disputes before administrative agencies (including state and federal EEO agencies and the Department of Labor).
