Rachel Manne has an expertise in employment litigation representing corporate clients in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey and before arbitration panels, including FINRA, and before administrative agencies, including the New York Division of Human Rights. Ms. Manne has litigated cases involving a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, executive compensation, contractual agreements, defamation, and wage and hour laws. Ms. Manne also advises clients on workplace issues and employer policies and has drafted employment agreements, separation agreements and employee handbooks.
