Jessica Berenbroick
focuses her practice in labor and employment litigation and counseling for New York and New Jersey employers of diverse sizes and industries, including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations and nonprofit agencies. Her specific areas of expertise include federal, state and local laws pertaining to discrimination, disability, retaliation and labor relations, as well as wage and hour laws, military, medical and family leave laws, and whistleblower laws. Ms. Berenbroick regularly counsels clients on legal compliance and best practices in all areas of labor and employment law, including providing counsel on workplace investigations, mergers and acquisitions, employment and separation agreements, layoffs and reductions in force, and general policies. In addition to counseling, Ms. Berenbroick represents clients in state and federal court, before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings.
