Allison Navy Sigmund represents employers in all aspects of employment law. Ms. Sigmund has experience litigating disputes involving restrictive covenants, ERISA, and equal employment opportunity. Ms. Sigmund has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings and before state and federal EEO agencies and the Department of Labor.
