Ms. McGinnis specializes in counseling clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, leaves of absence, and wage and hour issues. She also assists clients with drafting and updating employment policies, employee handbooks, and separation agreements. Ms. McGinnis has conducted training seminars on harassment and discrimination issues, disability, and wage and hour issues. In addition, Ms. McGinnis has litigated employment and other disputes in federal and state court, and has represented clients in employment disputes in mediations and before state and federal administrative agencies. |
