Abigail D. Kahl is a litigator. She has over nine years experience in both employment and general litigation matters. After graduating from Duke Law School, she clerked for two years in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for Chief Judge John W. Bissell. As a clerk, she worked on many employment matters. Since her clerkship she has worked as a litigator as well as assisting arbitrations before former Federal District Judge Nicholas H. Politan.
