The firm's principals, Suzanne M. Cerra and Katherin Nukk-Freeman, are former partners of two of the State's preeminent labor and employment law firms. Having litigated employment law claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies for many years, the principals saw first-hand the tremendous financial and personnel resources employers are forced to devote to lawsuits brought by employees. The idea for this business was born from that experience, as these individuals saw an unmet need for employers to channel more of their legal resources into preventing litigation. |
